Cancellation by Customer
1. Cancellation Notice:
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing and sent to [email protected]. The date of receipt of the email will be considered the cancellation date.
2. Refund Structure:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
3.No-Show Policy:
- No refunds will be provided for participants who do not show up for the tour.

1. Unforeseen Circumstances:
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.
2. Refund or Reschedule:
- If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer to another tour of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
- If you choose to transfer to a tour of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
Changes to Booking
1. Customer Initiated Changes:
- Requests to change your booking (e.g., tour dates, participant details) must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Changes made more than 30 days before the tour start date may be accommodated without additional fees. Changes made within 30 days of the tour start date may incur additional charges.
