Introduction
Welcome to HorizonWayTrekker. By accessing our website and booking our cycling tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, including our website and any tours you book through us. Please read them carefully before booking a tour.

Booking and Payment
1.Reservation Process:
- To reserve a spot on one of our tours, you must complete the booking form available on our website and submit it along with the required deposit.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email once your deposit has been received.

2. Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
- This deposit secures your place on the tour and is deducted from the total tour price.

3. Final Payment:
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to the tour start date.
- If booking within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Payment Methods:
- We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as bank transfers.
- All payments must be made in US dollars.

Cancellation by You
1. Cancellation Notice:
- All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us via email at [email protected].
- The date of receipt of the email will be considered the cancellation date.

2. Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.

Cancellation by Us
1. Circumstances:
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.
- If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you in preparation for the tour.

2. Alternatives:
- In the event of a cancellation, we may offer you the option to transfer to another tour of equal or lesser value.
- If you choose to transfer to a tour of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.

Liability
1. Acknowledgement of Risks:
- By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cycling tours, including but not limited to physical exertion, traffic hazards, weather conditions, and personal injury.

2. Release of Liability:
HorizonWayTrekker, its employees, and agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during your participation in our tours.

3. Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and repatriation.

Health and Fitness
1. Health Requirements:
- Participants must be in good health and possess the appropriate fitness level for the chosen tour.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

2. Medical Care:
- In the event of a medical emergency, we will assist in obtaining medical care, but all associated costs are your responsibility.

Changes to Itinerary
1. Adjustments by Us:
- While we endeavor to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, and transportation if necessary for the safety and enjoyment of our participants.

2. Notification:
- We will notify you of any significant changes to the tour itinerary as soon as possible.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in our tours shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
